Took on the role with the vision of getting immersed in the world of sustainability by launching an initiative to change what and how we consume by placing the carbon score of each product on each product.

Created two global design/creative studios of 30+ people.

Oversaw marketing and creative for IPO on NASDAQ resulting in a 90% spike in value.

Responsible for brand strategy, campaigns, brand design, two global creative studios, digital design, retail design, packaging, and more.

Creative Director and board member, overseeing 70+ person department of creatives, designers, product and brand strategists, partnerships, innovation lab and the concept atelier.

Developed business from $25M annual revenue to $250M aquisiton in the first 3 years.

Built a culture of creativity and commercial success to create a world class brand underpinned by a growing LTV, AOV and 50% cohort retention from 2014-2020.
